Guided group courses

Ditch the Diet courses are small groups of up to 12.

Each week we will meet in the virtual room to discuss our weekly progress. I’ll answer any questions you might have and we can share our journey so far.
We’ll watch a video dealing with an aspect of healthy eating each week and then spend some time working out how we are going to apply that during the next few weeks.

Each week there will be a challenge, and we’ll check-in the following week to see how you got on.

I’ll email the video, a handout and a recipe guide so even if you miss a week you can easily catch up.

You will also receive a 1-1 video call where we can look more specifically at your lifestyle and get some bespoke feedback.

By the end of the 6 weeks you will have made lots of small but cumulative changes to our eating habits, but more importantly you will understand the key principles of a healthy diet and lifestlye and be able to apply them every day.
