  • Fruit and Vegetables, what exactly is a portion and how many should I be eating each day?
  • Carbohydrates, are they all bad?  What does GI mean?

We have a live Q&A session after the live video each week, you can ask me any questions you have.  You will be emailed a handout each week, and some simple, healthy family friendly recipes for you to try.
