Hi, I'm Wendy

I’m a qualified naturopathic nutritional therapist. I’ve always loved food, but the more I learn about it, the more I love it in all its magic, abundance and variety. I’ve witnessed the power that food and simple holistic approaches can have to reduce perimenopausal symptoms and rejuvenate women’s spirits. Menopause is not something that we have to just “let happen”. We can stop feeling in conflict with our body and work in harmony with it, to make this transition as smooth and restorative as possible.

I’m on a mission to help women feel better, and to celebrate and strengthen the beautiful and complicated whole people we are.
