I will listen to your journey, I won’t dismiss your ideas and I will respect the strategies you have tried in the past. I will then help you find the solutions that work for you, and that are practical and achievable long term.

There are many reasons I would recommend Wendy, but the main one is she really knows her stuff and knows what she is talking about. What she will do though, is help you to understand how to live life and eat healthily for life and not be on a permanent diet.
What’s included in the Signature package
Intake Form
I will ask you to complete a comprehensive intake form prior to your initial consultation. This form provides space for you to share your goals, current health situation, and history.
Before our initial consultation, I will review this document to prepare for our meeting. By taking the time to gather and review this information, I can understand the factors contributing to your current health situation and ensure I provide the best possible support to help you achieve your goals.
Initial Consultation Call
Here is where we take a deep dive into your health and understand what your aims and goals are. I am able to truly listen to your story, your wisdom about the connections you have identified and the triumphs and defeats in your journey so far. You can stop being worried or scared in your body. You will have a guide on your journey to better health and wellbeing, you don’t have to do it by yourself any more.
This consultation is up to 75 minutes.
Your Personal Protocol
One week after the initial consultation, you will receive your comprehensive protocol that includes advice on food, lifestyle supplements and possible functional test*. Along with 15-minute call to ensure that you understand every area of that protocol. It’s your opportunity to ask any questions you have, I want you to feel confident and in control.
Follow Up Calls
Our follow-up calls are an opportunity to review your progress in detail. We’ll assess every aspect of your protocol and supplements, asking key questions to identify what’s working well and what needs adjustment. This helps us understand what is moving you closer to your goals. During these calls, we refine your plan to ensure you continue making progress. Within a week of your follow-up consultation, you’ll receive an updated protocol tailored to your needs. This consultation is up to 45 minutes.
Check in support
Check in with me via a quick to complete form that you share with me via WhatsApp. I know you’re busy so this is quick and simple and won’t impact on your time. This is to ensure we are still connected and help you keep on track.

If at any time you feel you need a little bit help, maybe you have a question, perhaps you a having a wobble, maybe there’s an event going on, or something’s happening in your life. Simply pop a message on my WhatsApp and I will come back to you during working hours.
Personalised Recipe Pack
During our consultations we may find that specific nutrients can help you acheive your goals. Perhaps we will be excluding certain foods to support your improved health. Or maybe you just need a bit of inspiration in the kitchen.
I will create a personalised recipe pack filled with foods that you enjoy to help you nourish your body well and support you journey to optimal health and wellbeing.

Why should you work with me?
Having been a busy businesswoman with long days and complicated responsibilities, I know how hard it is to take care of yourself alongside everything else on your plate. And by the time you reach out for help, you are usually already weary. The idea of taking on new and elaborate self-care or food regimes, can feel like a mountain to climb.
I’m a practical person. I don’t want to just hand you some rules and send you away, knowing that there is very little chance you will be able to fit those rules into your busy life.

What qualifications do you have?
I studied for 3 years at The College of Naturopathic Nutrition to gain my NT diploma. To ensure my British Association of Nutritional Therapist membership I have to complete 35 hours of CPD each year.
Since qualifying I have also trained as a Nutrition Coach and a Nutrigenomics Practitioner.
I’ve got a lot of symptoms. Will you be able to solve them all?
On your initial intake form I ask you to highlight the two main symptoms that you want to work on. Invariably I find that as we work on these some of the others will be addressed.
However as we progress we can, of course, shift our focus if needed. You are always in control and this will be a collaborative process.
What results can I expect?
The more committed you are to the suggested changes the quicker you can expect results. However, this is not always a linear process, and sometimes we need to adjust and tweak as other hints come to light.
Will I need to spend a fortune on supplements?
My protocols are always lifestyle and diet focused. I use specific supplements to support improvement in symptoms to help you achieve your goals. I will always aim to work with any budget you have and ultimately we want you to be the healthiest version of yourself with the minimal level of support.
What kind of test will I need?
Testing can help us understand the route cause of symptoms and save a lot of time ruling out different scenarios. There are a range of different test’s available and you can read more about different ones I use here. Read more
I’m busy and I'm not sure I have time for this?
Let’s be honest you don’t have time to be ill either.
You’re ready to invest in your health because you know you need it, and I respect you are trusting me with that task.
We will always work at a pace that works for you. I am a busy working woman too, I know how precious time is, and I am extremely experienced in finding solutions that require minimal effort for maximum results.
But don’t be complacent – we all know that nothing comes without a bit of work.

Why not book an introductory call and I can answer any questions you might have so we can ensure we are a good fit.
What happens once I make my payment?
Once your initial payment is made (whether it’s in full or 1 in 3) you will be sent a link to register on my client portal and book your initial consultation.
You will be sent all the relevant forms to complete which need to be done at last 48 hours prior to the first consultation.
Your follow-ups will be added at the appropriate intervals on the same time/day of the week where possible.
Can I change my appointment?
Life happens and we all need to make changes to consultation dates from time to time. However, as packages are for a specified time period it is important to make those changes as early as possible to help you get the most from our time together.
Are the consultations available in person or online?

Am I going to have to make separate meals for myself and my family?
I will help you create meals that work for your needs as well as finding ways to easily adapt them to suit the rest of your family. And rest assured, I’m not going to expect you to spend hours shopping for or cooking obscure ingredients.
Will I be expected to change everything in one go?
What is different about working with you?
Each Nutritional Therapist will work in a slightly different way. My approach is to support you to make necessary adjustments to your diet and lifestyle that will support you in achieving your goals. I want you to understand why you are making these changes. My ultimate goal is for you to be the strongest version of yourself so that you can deal with anything life may throw at you.

Can I just book individual sessions?
Yes of course, however I offer packages as I have seen in my practice time and time again that even the most committed client needs additional support in order to optimise their protocols and outcomes
