Episode 118 – My favourite episodes

Over the coming weeks, I want to share “the best of the podcast” with you. I am lucky to have done many interviews, and have spoken to so many amazing people. But, three episodes really stand out to me and so this week, I want to share them with you.

Episode 84 – The Little Foodie’s Club

In episode 84, I talked to Joanna Roach, the founder of The Little Foodie’s Club. This amazing club encourages children and parents to be more connected with food, taking their taste buds from veggie patch to plate. I love how Joanne used to have a small patch in her garden, and she would invite local schools to come over and see what was growing and taste the produce.

Joanne is now a great friend of mine and such a lovely person, which comes through on the podcast. Click HERE to check it out.

Episode 66 – The Body Geek

In episode 66, I talked to Carrie Ekins, who calls herself “The Body Geek”. Carrie is passionate about humans: their ability to create, to make, to invent and to be. Intrigued by the ways in which we block our own paths and fail to believe in our individual and collective brilliance. Carrie absolutely loves the body and encourages us to remove our gunk and be more slinky.

She is so refreshing, and I can’t help but smile when I think about the episode. Click HERE to check it out.

Episode 58 – Lucy Rose Metcalfe

In episode 58, I talked to Lucy Rose Metcalfe, a truly inspirational lady who had gone from being a professional dancer to undergoing life-saving brain surgery. Lucy then spent 10 years, firstly understanding and then coming to terms with the changes it has made to her. Click HERE to check it out.
