Episode 36 – What have you learned and what do you want to keep?

We are unsure what the new normal is going to be, but for many of us we are starting to see some changes.  And before we all get back to work this week I want you to take some time to take a step back and thing about all the positive changes you have made during lockdown, and what would you like to keep.

I would love it if everyone could continue with the hourly walk that the government made part of our new daily routines.  Maybe not every day, but can we include it regularly in our weeks?  When I asked my hubby what he wanted to keep we both agreed that taking time to be together more in the week, including our ‘new’ regular evening walk with the dog was something we had both been enjoying. Is this the same for you?

Do you have some new routines?

On a personal note, I’ve been running a few times a week and doing early morning yoga at home.  Ok, I admit that I’m not a natural runner, and I’m very slow, but I really enjoying it now I’ve got into a routine.

Are you cooking more, and spending time with the family, maybe sitting round the table and enjoying some family time together?

Think about the positives

Are there things that have had a positive change for you? 

Taking time to walk after meals, or even sitting together at a table can have a positive impact on our digestion.
