This week I talk to Niall Kiddle from Forager Herbs. He founded the company earlier this year, just before lockdown hit. And he and his business partner Sam have gone from strength to strength.
Currently with 3 blends in the range, Niall was inspired to create herbal tea blends from time spend with his Aunt and then his small garden where he grew his own herbs and played with flavour combinations.
As Brit’s we all love our teas, and if we can brew a cuppa and it’s doing us good then even better.
Niall told me he wants Forager Herbs to be a great example of what a modern day company should be. We discuss the fundamentals of the range, he insist on the herbs being organic and ethical grown. He uses minimal packaging and his bags are all eco friendly. The company donated profits to the NHS during lockdown and Niall is keen to ensure that supporting good causes is something he continues into the future.
My personal favourite is the Immune Boosting Blend, it tastes great and also makes the water turn a pinky/purple!
