“I will start in January”
Why wait until January? Why not start now? We have control over what we put into our body and how much movement we have.
Why you should be mindful
We should all be mindful of what we are putting into our bodies. If you are overweight, you have less good chance of fighting an illness. If you have a poor diet with a lack of nutrients, you will survive but you will not thrive.
What can you do to improve this?
- Take responsibility for your decisions
- Realise that small changes can have a big impact
- Drink enough water
- Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables
- Get fresh air each day
- Have good quality sleep
- Treat your body with respect, as you would treat others!
January is just a date, ask yourself what you can do today to make yourself fell better and to thrive. Take responsibility for yourself, your health and your wellbeing. Make small changes today.
