Gluten Free Meal Plan
If you are coeliac or avoiding gluten then this meal plan will help you
Hi I'm Wendy
I’m a qualified naturopathic nutritional therapist and an expert in female hormone health.
I work with women in mid-life and I’ve witnessed the power that food and simple holistic approaches can have to reduce perimenopausal symptoms and rejuvenate women’s spirits.
Sometimes as we approach mid life we can find that our bodies start to react to foods that it previously tolerated well. This can be down to the fluctuating hormones and also increase inflammation.
If you would like more information on how I can support you through this complicated time of life please check out my ‘work with Wendy’ page.
Why gluten free?
Some people are unable to tolerate gluten due to coeliac disease, which is an autoimmune conditions that means their body starts attacking it’s own cells when they eat gluten. This condition can be diagnosed by your medical practitioner or a nutritional therapist such as myself.
Other people may have a sensitivity to the protein gliadin which is found in gluten.
If you are unsure and feel you have a reaction then it is worth cutting it out of your diet to see if your symptoms ease.
