Our yoga Shala/space for the stay is large and modern with a high vaulted ceiling. Weather permitting there is loads of outdoor space to practice on the terrace, surrounded by stunning views.
Your hosts for the stay are:
Clare Whitehouse, Co-Founder of The Yoga Collective. Her teaching experience spans almost 3 decades and her passion for yoga is infectious.
Wendy Hill a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist who is on a mission to get everyone to ditch boring restrictive diets and fall back in love with real food. She believes that knowledge is power but understands that there is a huge number of conflicting headlines about food and nutrition. She loves to cut through the headlines and share the facts in a down-to-earth relatable way.
We will also be welcoming guests during the stay including the wonderful Laura Moss who will be guiding us in a sound bath to set the tone for our retreat. Our walk host will be the lovely Neil Whitehouse, and Lisa
This wonderful 3-night retreat includes yoga, meditation, nutrition workshop, cooking demo’s, walking excursions, nourishing plant based food and lots of space to chill and relax.

7am /90 min Vinyasa flow and morning meditation
9am Breakfast
10am – 2 hour nutrition workshop
1pm Light Buffet lunch
2pm – 3pm Journaling workshop

6.30pm Dinner
9.30pm /30 min Bedtime meditation

as well as healthy, simple recipes to cook for yourself and your family.
