Ingredients makes 2
- Half very ripe pineapple chopped
- fresh ginger – thumb size piece peeled and chopped
- 2 ripe bananas
- 200ml coconut water
Instructions
- Add the pineapple, bananas and ginger to your blender jug.
- Add coconut water and blitz
- Divide between two glasses and enjoy.
