Episode 100 – Live with friends

Today’s podcast was recorded live, with some of my friends joining me; I wanted to do something different! The video is available to watch on YouTube and on my Facebook Page, see the links below.

Who joined me?

Dani Saveker has been a friend for years, and she is the founder of the GLAS method, which during lockdown has helped many people with their emotional wellbeing. Dani was a guest way back in 2020, during Episode 54

Lina has been a listener of the podcast since I started, and she left me a wonderful review. She then googled nutritionist in her area and was surprised to find out that we were very local (actually in the next street we eventually realised!) and she joined my Ditch the Diet membership.

Lucy Davies is a marketing supremo and has become one of my business buddies, however she also found my podcast before we met at an online business group. She has since been a 1-1 client who I supported through her diagnosis with Fibromyalgia and is also a member of my Ditch the Diet group.

What do you want more of?

More of the same! Thankfully, everyone loved the combination of solo episodes and interviews.

As much as I love to talk to people who are passionate about what they do, you love to listen to them! One of my favourite episodes to record are the ones about seasonal foods, and you all seem to love them as much as me.

So for the next 100 episodes, I’ll continue to try and share my passion for nutrition in a way that is both impartial and educational, whilst keeping it realistic and relatable.

Our recommendations

It’s always good to share podcast recommendations, so please share mine with your friends and family. Here are the ones that we all think you should have a listen to:

Transformation Program

I run a transformation program 3 times per year to transform your gut health, help you feel better and take back control in just 5 weeks. If you would like to join me on my next Transformation Program, here is the link.

My great news!

Perfectly timed for today’s 100th podcast episode, was the news that I have finally qualified as a Nutritional Therapist. I started my journey into nutrition a few years ago, and embarked on my advanced diploma qualification with The College of Naturopathic Medicine nearly 3 years ago. The podcast has been a great way for me to share my knowledge, and I’m delighted to finally be able to add DipCNM to my name – although Tony just calls it dipsy!

Thanks again for listening to the last 100 episodes, and here’s to 100 more!
