5 week course
If you already enjoy yoga, or have practised before and would like to get back into it, this 5-week Yoga Flow course is the perfect way to reignite your practice.
Each week we’ll move through a dynamic yoga flow designed to challenge and energise your body, linking breath with movement to build strength, mobility and balance.
Across the five weeks we’ll explore:
• Strong flowing sequences
• Balance and stability work
• Core strength and control
• Mobility through the hips, shoulders and spine
• Progressions to deepen your practice
Each session will leave you feeling strong, stretched and energised — the perfect way to spend a Thursday evening.
Course is 5 weeks 22nd April to 20th May 6pm to 7pm
