5 week beginner-friendly course
Golf might look relaxed, but it places huge demands on the body. A powerful and consistent golf swing relies on mobility, balance, rotation and core stability. That’s exactly what yoga develops.
Many professional golfers now include yoga in their training programmes. Players such as Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson have spoken about how yoga helps improve flexibility, reduce injury risk and support recovery between rounds.
This class has been designed specifically with golf in mind, helping you:
• Improve hip and spinal rotation for a smoother swing
• Build core strength and balance for better stability
• Increase flexibility through the shoulders, hamstrings and back
• Reduce stiffness and support injury prevention
• Move more freely both on and off the course
You don’t need to be a golfer to benefit from this class. If you’re looking to improve mobility, reduce stiffness and feel stronger through your whole body, this is a great place to start.
This is a beginner-friendly class, perfect if you’re new to yoga or have only tried it a few times before.
This is a 5 week course running every Thursday at 7.10pm – 8pm from 23rd April
23rd April to 21st May
