Many of my clients want to cut down on the amount of bread that they eat. Personally I love a nice slice of bread, but it has to be great quality, and so I don’t eat as many sandwiches as I used to.
However.
They are really easy to eat, and very portable, so I encourage my clients to try wraps for a change.

And incase you were wondering, they are not all low calorie low taste. I would rather eat something that I enjoy that has a few more calories, than feel unsatisfied and reaching for the biscuits mid afternoon.
