This is a fabulous Jame Oliver recipe, he calls them crumpies, but with my regional midlands accent that just makes my husband crease up, so I’ve renamed them Breakfast Rolls, the rest is unchanged. Coconut, Oat and Apricot Vegan Biscuits These biscuits are quite crumbly so you definitely need a nice cup of tea to go with them, but then who wants to eat a biscuit without a cuppa???? Soya Bean and Chorizo

The inspiration for this dish came from Omar Allibhoy recipe in Spanish Made Simple.  His recipe used fresh broad beans, but this was created on the fly one evening and these are the ingredients that I always have in the house, if you have fresh broad beans they would be great, but if you only had frozen peas that would work equally well, just reduce the cooking time slightly.  The key is to make sure that the bean is the king.
