What is our obsession with labelling everything? Is it tribal? Maybe its because I’m a nutrition advisor but food seems to be the area where we just love to label ourselves. Every new diet plan has a new name, and there seems to be a new one every week. We all rush to work with our specially selected preordained range of foods in our newly bought containers, and announce to anyone that is interested that we are on the new ‘madwoman diet’ and happily discuss how it’s making us feel healthier...
